Why am I unable to log in?

If you are having trouble logging in, there are a few possibilities:

If you are attempting to log in with a username (such as “firstnamelastname”), try logging in with an email address, or vice versa. Both must be entered exactly as you originally set up the application, so ensure that all of the spelling and punctuation is correct.

If this does not work, you can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” on the login screen. From here, enter either your username or the email address you used to sign up, and click “Email new password.” You will be sent an email allowing you to reset your password.

If neither of these work or you are unable to remember your username or which email address you used to set up your account, contact the 10KSB team at the site where you are applying, and they can assist you in accessing your application.

Why am I having trouble moving to the next page in the online application system?

If you cannot move to the next page, you may have entered more than maximum length of characters in a limited character field. The online application system will not allow you to proceed until the length of the answer is reduced. An error message should display at the top of the screen, alerting you to the issue and notifying you of which field has exceeded the character limit.

A numerical field shows an error. Why is this happening?

Numerical fields such as "Years in Operation" will only accept numbers. If you have added additional characters in numeric fields, such as commas, dollar signs, letters, or decimals, an error message will occur. For example, revenues should be entered as “150000” instead of “$150,000.” An error message should display at the top of the screen, alerting you to the issue.
